Shipping and returns

Shipping

Orders received on working days before 12:00 we try to ship the same day. The product page gives an indication of the delivery time, usually 1 to 3 working days. If we cannot meet it, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Shipping is free. Delivery is by PostNL, usually on the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason up to 30 days after receipt. After that you have another 14 days to return the product, and you will receive the full order amount back. Return costs are at your own expense: approximately €6.95 for a wooden and €13.90 for a stone model. Register your return via the form on this site (Return an item) or email info@montrini.nl.

Exchanges or changing your address

Would you like to exchange an item, or did you accidentally give the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to change it for you.
